1 Bedroom Cabin in Penn Yan

Brand New Vacation rental Cabin situated on a 5 acre parcel bordering the Keuka Lake Outlet and the Outlet Trail. The Outlet Trail is just over 6 miles long and runs from Keuka Lake (Penn Yan) to Seneca Lake (Dresden). The Cabin is fully insulated and features an electric fireplace, Air Conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and USB chargers for cell phones/electronics. Cabin has a queen size bed which sleeps 2, futon sleeps 1, There are fire pits that can be used for campfires. Plenty of dry seasoned firewood on site for only $5 per bundle. There is a modern flush toilet and sink housed in a separate building on the property, New Shower building April 2017. Perfect get a way. Need more sleeping capacity ? Inquire ahead as we may be able to park our camper there for more sleeping capacity (2)(added fee) On site RV hookup available as well.

Summary: What a gem! I absolutely loved staying there. The property grounds were amazing and absolutely perfect for my 2 dogs to run around freely. Listening to the Keuka Outlet was peaceful. It was great having trail access so close for us to walk in. The cabin and amenities were perfect for our stay. I loved the comforts of staying in the cabin with the feel of camping. Would absolutely stay here again!
